PRIVACY POLICY

I will only use your information provided to me for the transaction. It will not be shared.

I will only collect basic personal data about you. This does however include name and email address for the purpose of sending updates of your order.

Why I Need Your Data - I need to know some of your basic personal data to be able to process your order. I do not collect data I do not need for your order.

What I Do With Your Data - Once your order is placed; I will use your name and address details to write out the postage label for your item. I will use your email address to send you any updates regarding your order in progress. I do not use your information for any purpose other than sending you information about your order and discussing your order with you.

How Long I Keep Your Data - I need to keep copies of your order for a minimum of 6 years for my tax records. Your information will never be sold or given to any third parties.

Messages and emails discussing your order will be kept for a maximum of 6 months, this is to ensure I have all the information about your order if there is a problem after the work is completed. After this time all messages will be deleted.

Custom Orders - All the finished work will be used for advertising, this includes any work in progress pictures I may take. If you would prefer that I not share pictures of your items at all please make me aware of this when placing your order.
